After working for a while as a nurse in this company my employers has decided to give me a promotion. Due to this I have been transferred to the main office from the hospital and start working there. First five months has passed for the training for this position. During this period, I have been trained for;

In this position I was responsible of;
1- Sales Department
* Training of new salespersons
* Management of two months trial process and the evaluation of new salesperson make a decision regarding to their process with company
* Monthly, seasonal, yearly sales performance evaluations and feedbacks to the sales persons
* Chat/Call/Communication controls of the salespersons and giving feedbacks
* Researching new approaches in sales, determining those compatible with the company and implementing them in the company
* Determining achievable goals for salespersons, setting new goals when these goals are achieved, determining the barriers when they are not achieved, directing salespersons on these barriers and giving salespersons time to work on these deficiencies
*Determining how many leads should be attend to which salesperson and how many old leads should be attend
* Determining junior/senior levels of the salespersons
* Deciding the discount rates for the patients regarding to the profit rates
* I have been responsible for 15-25 salespersons approximately. There has been always new ones and the leaver ones
2- Accounting Department
* Checking of hospital payments

PS: When I was appointed to this position, the company had approximately 25-30 employees, but this number has now reached approximately 50. I have taken an active role in almost every area of
the company's growth process. My excessive workload has reduced the quality of some jobs and caused the growth processes to slow down. For this reason, when it reached a level where it could allocate sufficient budget, our company started looking for new managers and started taking responsibility of some departments from me. Accordingly, currently; a senior HR specialist, two HR specialists and HR interns, a certified public accountant office and a freelance public accountant office agreement, a preliminary accountant, a CRM director, and a digital marketing director have been hired in the company. Apart from this, the search for three sales managers and a sales director who will be responsible for these sales managers is ongoing. * Carrying out the post-operative discharge processes of patients. Planning the transfers of patients who will be discharged and handing the patient over to the hotel nurse
* Ensuring coordination of patients who come for the final check-up before returning to their country. Carrying out the final check-up accompanied by a doctor, renewing the dressings as needed, informing the patient about the post-operative process

This internship was one of the most productive internship as I had actively taken role in every single process of the patient despite of my internship being interrupted by COVID.
I had been in Portugal for Erasmus+ programme.
Here I had been trained for Family Health Nursing, Elderly Health Nursing and Child Health Nursing.
I had been presented in a Family Health Care Unit with a Diabet Nurse and had a chance to observe the treatments applied in the unit. Also I had been attend in a family visit with my professor and a social service worker.
I had worked in a health district health directorate.
The purpose of this office is providing people a primary health care. Regarding to this I have been assigned for the following tasks;
* Daily follow up for the results of smear and occult blood in stool test results for early diagnosis
* Planning appointments for the people who are needed for early diagnose tests (such as mammography, usg for prostate, smear, occult blood in stool etc.)
* Planning visits to schools for general examination (to check their weight, height, dental health, visual health etc.) and informing the parents
* Planning seminaries around the district to raise awareness of the society about primary health
* Administration of the patients with mental health disease (such as schizophrenia, bipolar, depression etc.)
* Planning events for the patients with mental health disease (drawing, live music, marbling art are some of the events we have planned and applied)
