+I lead a team of 25 people in total, including 19 blue collar, 4 gray collar and 2 engineers.

+I determine and analyze maintenance KPIs in line with company goals. I initiate kaizen projects at points where the target cannot be achieved and I lead these projects.
With more than thirty improvements in 6 years (times as manager), malfunction-related downtime rates decreased from 6% to 1.5%.

+I manage spare part costs by analyzing spare part consumption and supply processes and determining safety stock numbers. As a result of these analyses, spare part stock costs have been reduced by 30%.

+As the maintenance manager, I am a member of the Board of Factory, which provides management of the factory.

  • As Investment Manager

+A team has been formed within the company for the manufacturing of process machines and I am leading this team consisting of 2 gray collar and 6 blue collar personnel.
With this team, we modernized 50% of the machines in the process electrically and mechanically. With this modernization, a 25% capacity increase and 50% cost savings were achieved.
+I researched new companies for line investments. I prepared negotiations, contracts and payment plans for purchases for which investment decisions were made.
+Infrastructure preparations and project planning were carried out for the installation and commissioning of new line/machine investments (electricity-installation-compressed air) planned in line with the company targets. In this context, the capacity of the compressed air facility and electrical transformer facility was increased by 20%. Their installation works were projected and service procurement done.
+Within the scope of the capacity increase that will occur with the investments, the Capacity Report and EIA report were renewed.
+I calculated the cost and return periods of investments.
