Sudenur Kılıç

I am a graduate of Cappadocia University, Department of Psychology, with a strong academic focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I concentrated on deepening my expertise in this field, taking courses such as Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology I-II, Gender Roles, Psychology of Close Relationships, and Statistics I-II, which provided me with in-depth knowledge of workplace structures, human relations, and social dynamics.

I have developed advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, SPSS, and Advanced Python Programming, enabling me to perform data analysis, reporting, and systematic evaluation effectively. My goal is to integrate psychological principles into business settings to enhance team cohesion, productivity, and employee well-being.

In addition, I successfully completed 84 hours of online and 36 hours of in-person Mindfulness-Based Training, earning certification in the field. This training equipped me with the ability to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, sadness, and fear more effectively. I also completed a two-session supervision program, further enhancing my professional application skills.

As someone who values continuous personal development, I completed Note-Taking Techniques, Time Management, and Basic Communication Skills training programs organized by the Cappadocia University Continuing Education Application and Research Center.

During the 2022 and 2023 academic years, I served as the Cappadocia University representative of the Turkish Psychology Students Working Group. This experience strengthened my sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership skills.
