I served in mid- and senior-level management positions within the Turkish Armed Forces Command and in the private sector for 30 years. As a result of these roles, I have experience and knowledge in campus management, construction site installation, construction infrastructure and superstructure planning and design, purchasing and procurement, personnel management, training management, budget management, occupational health and safety, real estate management, and contract management. Logistics Manager
The Development Initiative Mine Clearence Company

- Within the scope of the Eastern Borders Mine Clearance Project, which is a joint project of the United Nations and the Ministry of National Defense, I established construction sites with my team, with an average capacity of 200 people, covering horizontal and vertical construction in 5 separate regions in rural areas, for the execution of mine clearance activities at The Development Initiative (TDI) Mine Clearance Company. Along with the management of the construction sites;
- Real estate rental and contract management
- Vehicle rental services and catering contract management
- Monitoring and coordination of vehicle maintenance activities
- Monitoring and coordination of transportation services
- Monitoring and coordination of purchasing, material storage, and supply processes
- Ensuring the order and organization of staff living spaces.

- During my tenure as Regiment Commander, I successfully carried out the following duties:
- Managing the maintenance, transportation, and supply chain to ensure the readiness of existing construction equipment and armored engineering combat equipment;
- Managing all administrative and logistical activities for the campus, which houses approximately 1,000 personnel, including the leadership team;
- Identifying, planning, and managing training needs to ensure personnel readiness;
- Managing and coordinating activities related to the campus's security and housing needs. I retired from the Land Forces Command (LFC) on August 30, 2020, having completed 28 years of service.
