As the manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) and Software Analyst Team, I have taken on various critical responsibilities to ensure the efficient and successful execution of projects within our organization. Some of the key roles and achievements during my tenure include:

Setting up Project Management Infrastructure: I spearheaded the establishment of a robust project management infrastructure in line with PMI and CMMI DEV Level 3 standards. This involved defining processes, creating reports, implementing measurements, developing plans, and integrating tools such as Sharepoint, Jira, and Discord to streamline project operations.

Establishing a Project Management Office: I successfully formed and led a Project Management Office consisting of 6 skilled project managers and 6 talented software analysts.

Overseeing Multiple Projects: With a project management team at my side, I have been responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of more than 20 projects owned by the company.

Software Business Analyst Activities: In addition to my PMO role, I have been actively involved in leading software business analyst activities with my team of analysts.

SEPG Group Leadership: As the leader of the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), I have taken the initiative to create, implement, and supervise software processes compliant with the latest CMMI v2.0 standards.

Leading Software Project Management in High-Stake Industries: I have had the privilege of leading software project management activities in critical industries, including defense, cyber security, intelligence, and critical communication systems.

I actively represented the company in collaboration with Business Development Management, playing a key role in fostering business growth and development.

I held the position of "Industry Executive Board Member" at the Turkish Informatics Association (TBD) and actively participated in all its activities, contributing to the advancement of the IT industry.

Additionally, I engaged in all activities of the METU Defense Industry Cluster (TSSK), where I collaborated with industry peers to drive innovation and progress in the defense sector.

I took charge of defining and enhancing organization-wide processes, aligning them with CMMI (L3 v1.3b & v2.0) and PMI standards. These improvements were instrumental in promoting efficiency and quality across the organization.

I played a crucial role in preparing for the CMMI SCAMPI assessment, ensuring the entire R&D center staff received the necessary training and preparation.

As an Appraisal Team Member (ATM), I actively carried out all SCAMPI activities, meticulously evaluating the organization's adherence to CMMI standards and facilitating continuous improvement.

Leading a team of 3 project managers, I successfully managed 6 defense industry software projects. This involved overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery to meet critical industry requirements.

I took on the responsibility of training the R&D Center staff, comprising over 30 members, to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills for CMMI SCAMPI preparations.
