• Managed and participated in all financial functions within the plant, including accounting, payroll, investments, expenses and restructuring
• Successfully managed the restructuring of plant in 2019 : impairments, affects of headcount reduction and relevant other financial impacts
• Conducted monthly reports and financial statements and provide detailed analysis
• Strict cost controlling tracking (e.g. pros/cons of purchasing activities), close collaboration mainly with procurement / production team to increase cost / performance efficiency with alternative solutions
