

Responsible of a cabin crew training role at Pegasus Airlines, focusing on conducting observation flights, reporting findings, and adhering to company regulations and procedures.
*Conducting and reporting on A/C FAM and A/C visit and SCC observation flights for cabin crews to the Cabin Training Directorate. Also responsible for reporting on Cabin Supervisor Duties to the Cabin Operations Group Presidency.
*Duties and Responsibilities;
Details the responsibility of conducting "A/C FAM & A/C Visit and SCC Observation" flights according to procedures specified in the CCTM (likely an internal manual), completing the related form, and reporting to the Cabin Training Directorate.
* Specifies the duty to report any findings or suggestions for improvement related to Cabin Crew Practice Flights to the Cabin Training Directorate.
* States the responsibility to fulfill other duties assigned by the Cabin Crew Training Group Manager in line with company policies and guidelines.
* Requires adherence to the items specified in the "Management Systems Roles and Responsibilities Instruction".
*Safety:
Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and crew members. This includes enforcing safety regulations, conducting preflight checks and handling emergency situations.
*Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service to passengers attending to their needs and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience.
* Pre-flight Preparation:
* Attending pre-flight briefings to receive information about the flight, weather conditions, and passenger details.
* Inspecting the cabin and emergency equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
* Ensuring the aircraft is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
* In-flight Duties:
* Welcoming passengers onboard and assisting them with seating arrangements.
* Demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring passengers understand them.
* Serving meals and beverages.
* Selling duty-free items.
* Responding to passenger inquiries and requests.
* Managing any medical or security incidents that may arise.
* Post-flight Duties:
* Assisting passengers with disembarking the aircraft.
* Completing necessary paperwork and reports.

I used to be tennis coach before attending to university with my tennis certificate which I claimed it before when we were living in Sydney. I did karting and played in the university NFL team for two years as receiver. When my wife has time from work in the weekends, we go for bushwhack and try to be a part of the nature. My wife and I love to watch Korean comedy and drama.
