During my international internship at Human Port, a subsidiary of TNC GROUP, I interned in both project management and human resources. Throughout this period, I learned how to prepare documents such as recruitment processes, job postings, employee evaluation surveys, and final reports, while also participating in various simulations and presentations to prepare for professional life. In the field of project management, I gained the skills to create key documents that a project manager would handle in real life, such as project schedules, budget plans, quality management plans, risk analysis forms, procurement management, and final reports, all based on a project designed with my teammate. Due to my success during the internship and the achievements of the projects I worked on, I received references from Project Manager Tuğçe Yıldız, Human Resources Specialist Aysun Avcı, and TNC Group Chairman Doğukan Tunc.

During my project management internship at Sca Social, a subsidiary of TNC GROUP, I gained the necessary skills by receiving training from experts in areas such as basic management and organization, new media and digital transformation, advertising and marketing, as well as project management. At the end of the internship, I put these skills into practice by carrying out projects based on the training I received. Due to my performance during the internship and the success of my projects, I received a reference from General Coordinator Zekiye İrem Akıcı. Additionally, thanks to these achievements, I earned the opportunity to undertake an international internship in project management and human resources in Serbia under the TNC Group.

During my internship at Intellum, my group members and I developed a chatbot using the Python programming language. Throughout the internship, we effectively collaborated by distributing tasks to successfully complete the project, and we managed to finish it successfully.
