• Analyzing business processes and workflows related to mobile banking services.
• Creating the detailed technical documentations based on business value and customer needs. This includes understanding APIs, web services, and data transformation protocols (JSON, XML, etc.).

• Integrating the current UI and services into a common application.
• Working in an Agile environment, collaborating with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams in sprint planning, user story refinement, and backlog prioritization to deliver mobile banking features iteratively.
• Oversees the UAT process by creating test scenarios ans documents

Turnkey Project of Akbank / Digital Banking (2 years)

• Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analysis in line with business demands in Tosla Digital Banking and Payment Projects
• Performing functional tests of the developed applications and coordinating user's requirements
• Verifying and controlling data through SQL ans services and web applications
• Executing the regression and test automation processes
• Oversees the UAT process by creating test scenarios
• Creating the detailed technical documentations based on business value and customer needs. This includes understanding APIs, web services, and data transformation protocols (JSON, XML, etc.).
