Developed national maritime strategies focusing on jurisdictional claims,energy security and regional defense policy coordination Aegean, Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea.

Managed naval officer assignment policy and planning across the Turkish Navy; ensured strategic alignment of human resources with operation needs.

Represented Türkiye in defense relations with Somalia. Supported the development of Somali Security Forces through coordination of training and advisory programs, including activities at TURKSOM Military Base. Promoted Türkiye's contribution to regional stability.

Planned and coordinated maintenance and urgent repairs for AYDIN and ENGİN Class minehunter vessels and fiber/wooden-hull military yachts. Managed procurement decisions to ensure timely readiness.

Performed depot-level maintenance at the shipyard for AYDIN- and ENGİN-class minehunter vessels and auxiliary naval platforms. Managed repair phases including docking, hull repairs, and machinery refurbishment. Also supervised civilian vessel repairs in coordination with ship crews, engineers, and contractors.

Planned intermediate-level maintenance for AYDIN and ENGİN class minehunter vessels, including dry-docking operations for minesweeper vessels and fast attack boats. Participated in scheduling and coordination of wooden hull and system repairs during docking periods. Additionally, managed infrastructure maintenance planning and spare parts logistics for shore facilities and support structures.

Served as Chief Engineer on a range of Turkish Navy vessels, including Aydın CLASS minehunter vessel, minesweeper, auxiliary cargo ship and an intelligence-gathering ship. Held full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of all technical systems onboard. Took part in national and NATO operations, with a specialization in mine warfare. Notably contributed to the high sonar performance and operational success of AYDIN class minehunter vessels in complex mine countermeasure missions.

Additionally, served as a commissioning crew member of an Aydın-class minehunter, directly involved in the platform’s construction oversight, acceptance procedures, harbor and sea trials, as well as post-delivery warranty support processes.
