What I do best is to increase and not decrease the quality of the created product, to devise all possible planning and to reflect this in the task distribution in the most understandable way, and to fill the observed gaps with permanent solutions. I started on this path as an intern and progressed as a Quality Officer. There may not be a lot of work experience, this is selective and is about absorbing the job I am in and completing that job.

At Urla Winery Company; Between 2020 and 2022, as an intern food engineer and then as a production engineer, I worked on raw material acceptance, raw material processing, product creation and development, use of machinery and equipment in the process, final product packaging and storage stages and I was a team leader. The personnel responsible for work planning, task distribution, problem solving and action taking, and continuity of control were trained and observed. As of 2022, I progressed as Quality Officer at Urla Winery Company; During the 3-month harvest season (August, September, October), I am responsible for managing the process flow and a team of 10 people during the raw material acceptance, quality control and product processing stages. During the 9-month period of the year, I manage the team of at least 6 people and carry out the final product production. I am responsible for the establishment, monitoring and auditing of quality management systems in line with the goals and policies of the institution and legal legislation. I take part in planning personnel training and process improvement studies.
