Conducting the recruitment process from job posting step to the offer stage.
Responsible for coordination of Performance Development Process.
Support Employees and Managers within the APDR (Annual Performance Development Review).
Analyzes and reports FTE and Headcounts as monthly KPI reports to the company's headquarters in Germany.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Identifies training needs and training gaps in the company in a close cooperation with the HR Manager and line managers.
Provides inputs to the training strategy and the development of specific training development plans.
Optimizes the training portfolio as specialized targeted courses are offered to managers and employees.
Responsible for coordination of Annual Leadership Trainings.
