Upon completing my B.A. in METU in Economics which equipped me with a strong understanding of global economic dynamics and stepping out of the academy and starting to work in the Parliament, I had the opportunity to observe and internalize legislative organization and procedures (I have attended several committee meetings, especially, on Budget and Planning, Labour and Social Affairs and several others among standing and ad hoc committees), which is crucial for an institutional perspective seeing decision-making actors and practice first-hand.
I am an expert with knowledge and experience at the intersection of international relations, diplomacy, and media. Working as a stenographer at the Turkish Grand National Assembly, I had the opportunity to closely follow legislative processes and observe the functioning of state mechanisms in great detail. During this time, I actively participated in national and international meetings, gaining expertise in protocol rules and enhancing my skills in official correspondence and rapid analysis.
Subsequently, in 2024, with the sponsorship and support provided by my institution, I completed my master's degree in International Relations and Democratic Politics at the University of Westminster in London where I conducted in-depth studies on the interplay between global politics, diplomacy, and media. This academic background has provided me with both theoretical and practical expertise in the field of international relations.
At this point in my career I aim to leverage my academic foundation, field experience, and analytical thinking skills to their fullest potential. With my disciplined work ethic, ability to adapt to demanding workloads, and capacity to communicate effectively across different cultures, I am seeking to leverage these skills in new fields to drive operational success and process improvement.
