• Acting as sourcing manager for Koctas' partner Kingfisher Group's DIY and Home Improvement brands in Europe
• Identifying suppliers and products based on the requirements of partner DIYs in Europe

• Receiving offers from suppliers, carrying on commercial negotiations, coordinating with Kingfisher companies and making sure of smooth product launches to stores in Europe
• Managing the supplying process throughout offer, production, quality and logistics; tracking all process end-to-end

• Managing Koctas' imports from the vendors/factories in Far East and European countries
• Preparing import purchase orders in optimum quantities by considering inventory levels, past sales, vendor lead times & import costs
• Tracking new customs regulations systematically to estimate landed costs accurately and carry out imports with minimum risk
• Ensuring fast flow of merchandise and accurate information throughout the supply chain members
• Working on increasing import share by finding new vendors and products for higher profitability

• Day-to-day follow up of international transportation for customers from pick up to final destination which also included warehousing and customs clearance processes
• Ensuring on time in full deliveries
• Invoicing of freight to customers
• Documentation of consignment notes and coordination of all custom documents from abroad offices to Turkish customs
• Daily reporting of shipments to customers and internal stakeholders
