• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and implementing all of the municipality's international projects (EU grants, funds, loan projects, etc.), developing international collaborations and project partnerships.
• Managing the institution's international relations, directing communication, correspondence, translation and representation activities with international organisations.
• I have developed strategic plans for the development, implementation and dissemination of smart city, R&D and innovation projects within municipal departments and applied project management methodology throughout the institution.
• I have established and managed stakeholder networks with public, university, private sector and civil society organisations to represent the institution in the international arena and strengthen project-based collaborations.

During this period, I continued to serve as Director of Public Works for three years, and then for two years, as Director of Support Services, I assumed the following responsibilities:

• I was responsible for preparing and managing the directorate's budget and ensuring the effective and efficient use of institutional resources.
• I managed and finalised all processes related to the procurement of goods, services, construction and consultancy under the Public Procurement Law No. 4734.
• I coordinated the execution of tender processes, pre- and post-contract procedures, and administrative processes through the Electronic Procurement Platform (EKAP).
• I ensured the sustainability of the organisation's inventory system by managing movable property

management, warehouse stock tracking, record-keeping and control procedures, and related reporting.

• I managed technical work related to the design, implementation and control of public buildings, social facilities and infrastructure projects.
• I coordinated site and field work for road construction and repair, pavement arrangements, traffic safety and road art structures.
• I planned and carried out services requiring urgent intervention, such as road opening, stabilisation, asphalting and snow removal, in accordance with urban development plans.
• I coordinated the development of renewable energy projects (closed-system greenhouse production, geothermal heating of public buildings, etc.) to assess the district's geothermal potential.
