I assisted nurses in preparing medications, wound care, and performing routine medical procedures under supervision, strictly adhering to established healthcare protocols. Regularly, I recorded and monitored vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, promptly reporting any critical changes to the medical team for timely intervention. Additionally, I maintained and sanitized medical equipment in accordance with hospital infection control policies, ensuring a safe and sterile working environment.
