In S4BUS Project in MAN Ankara, I was in charge with the implementation of the Bus Sales Process. My main duty was creating the business mapping, test documents and test cases, arrange regular meetings with developers and ensure that the implementations match with the MAN dispatch (Sales Order Type, Price Conditions, Tax Ratios, Ship to party & Bill to party, delivery, shipment and Invoice) and customs (E-Invoice & E- Delivery Note) requirements with testing the test documents. Since Go-Live (10.01.2023) I have been working as SD Key user of the Dispatch and Customs division in MAN.

As MAN has an Agile Working Method;

• With customers eyes, I also control Buses which are ready to dispatch according Technical Requirements document, Tender documents and with Quality perspective (Electrical Connections, Software Security Test)
• Organize regular meetings with Quality department and being gatekeeper of customer perspective quality.
• Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

• Responsible from the maintaining the mounting lines or repairing the defected plants
• Especially I have worked on AGV's. Ensuring the Automated Guided Vehicles work-quality and make their software, electromechanic maintanence.
• Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.
• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.

• Developing programs for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)

• Monitored safety of guests in and around swimming pool.
• Maximized customer satisfaction by greeting pool patrons with courtesy and resolving issues promptly.
• Attentively monitored swimmers to identify distress.
• Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support.
