My current employer “Beşiktaş Municipality” is a well-known local government in İstanbul. Beşiktaş is one of the oldest districts and neighborhoods of Istanbul, located on the European side of the city. It's also considered as one of the city centers, both residential and commercial especially for small businesses.

Beşiktaş Municipality as a local government is responsible for a range of vital services for people and businesses in defined areas. Among them are well known functions such as social care, schools, cultural activities and waste collection.

In my current position as a web content manager, one of my job responsibilities is to manage the corporate websites both Turkish and English. My other job is to inform the public and the residents about the activities, significant events and other news via social media, websites and e-mail services. Preparing visual templates, images and contents for webTV channels, e-mail services and websites is a part of that job.

Besides content management, I continue to handle complaint management, reporting and follow-up processes in the Press and Public Relations Unit. Residents of Beşiktaş file their complaints, suggestions and requests through call center, social media and other communication channels. All the combined data processed to a ticketing platform we called “flexcity”. My duty is to delegate the case to the relevant units, follow the solution processes and share the results with the parties.

I gained experience in digital marketing by data entry and content editing.
