• Did data analysis (video coding, EEG data cleaning, eyetracking data processing),

• Performed UV spectrophotometer measurements and pH meter usage.

• Executed daily maintenance and calibration of analytical balances.

• Gained knowledge in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ICH

guidelines.

• Assisted in method validation and routine lab operations.

• Worked with Caenorhabditis elegans and various phenotypes presenting a point mutation in the gene coding for cytoplasmic actin.

• Prepared C. elegans samples under binoculars, crossed different strains and did quantitative analyses such as brood size assay, retention assay and studied responses of adults to mechanical stimulus.

• Did PCR followed by gel electrophoresis and used fluorescence microscope for identification.
