Structural Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Currently working as a Structural Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and assigned as the Structural Boardman within the base maintenance department. Responsible for overseeing and executing all structural tasks during heavy maintenance checks (C-check / D-check).

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading structural tasks as Structural Boardman during base maintenance operations

- Conducting structural inspections and evaluating airframe damage

- Performing SRM-based structural repairs (both major and minor)

- Fabricating airframe components such as skin panels, stringers, and frames etc.

- Managing ordering, tracking, and installation/removal of structural parts

- Utilizing up-to-date SRM, engineering drawings, EOs, and task cards

- Preparing technical reports to the manufacturers and coordinating with manufacturers for corrective actions

- Maintaining and updating D&B charts and maintenance documentation

- Appointed as company representative abroad (EUROPE/UK) during D-check aircraft painting projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination with international teams

• I have been involved in the Pressure Floor Modification for Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft and I am currently working on C-check maintenance tasks for ATR72 and CRJ900 aircraft.

• Base maintenance experience. Structurally performing routine and conditional inspections, damage evaluation and reporting, performing all types of SRM repairs, fabrication of airframe parts such as frame/stringer segment, skin panel, repair parts etc. with good knowledge of process and procedures by using latest versions of SRM, drawings, EO and task cards.

• B747-4 Fuselage lower skin, tail cone skin and Stringer replacement.
• Repair Rear spar upper chord of Boeing 737 classic B737-8 Fuselage lower skin Stinger and Frame replacement.
• B737-8 Cockpit Window Frame replacement.
• B737-8 Fuselage upper skin replacement.
• Delivery Structural Tasks / Minor Tasks

• I had been worked for a aircraft technician. I worked type of the aircraft; Cessna 172 and Technamp 2006t poh at Er-Ah flight school at Süleyman Demirel Airport.
