Planning budget and follow-up with the finance department.
Ensuring continuity of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Realization and follow-up of sponsorship agreements.
Obtaining the necessary permits and documents for the fair.

Preparation of media and communication plans compatible with the budget together with the agency
Budgeting and realizing corporate communication studies
Organizing promotional activities (Vehicle exhibition, billboard works, participation in local fairs, etc.)
Coordinating newspaper and magazine ads.
Implementing promotional activities on behalf of increasing and supporting service customer loyalty
Performing radio spot activities
Organizing 'test drive activities' at service points (Catering services, SMS/mailing etc.)
Creating and planing contents for the magazine with the agency.
Applying OWV , roll up , flag , desktop flag and visual works for the service points.

Tracking the offers and agreements for all the purchasing in marketing department.
Within the scope of the website renewal project, the needs on the business side
Giving briefs and guiding UX / UI stages in line with
Effective use of all Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends, etc.)
Follow-up and reporting of sectoral innovations and developments.
Planning of Internal Gamification applications and supporting them with awards.
Representing the company on digital platforms in line with its vision and mission.

Translation in Greek and English on a sectoral basis

Offering the products for sale on the relevant websites.
Visual works of showcase, stand and shelf for customers at sales points.
Realization of dealer training and meeting organizations
Execution of advertising and promotional campaigns in coordination with agencies.
Follow-up of sales made on e-commerce sites
Supporting the development of new products in line with customer needs analysis
Following up the company contracts with the legal department.
