I work as a site manager in industrial building construction.

• Produced precise technical specifications and data sheets.
• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to each other.
• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
• Reduced construction costs through effective negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provided technical support during construction phases, addressing any arising issues promptly to minimize delays.

I served as the project manager of the Derepazarı/TURKEY district urban transformation project.

İn Addition to this, we developed zoning plans of some special areas and building construction plans.

In summary, I carried out the duties of establishing standards for construction, building inspection, engineering and architecture services and inspection of building materials, and preparation of legal regulations.

In addition to the construction of 3 residential buildings in the family company, I prepared the projects of more than 50 residential buildings and ensured that their legal permits were obtained.
