- Responsible for the entire coordination and management of the Manifestival festival project, a project belonging to the Manifest group, a division of the Hypers New Media Big 5 project.
- Developing a social media plan and monitoring content sharing on the Manifestival Instagram account.
- Determining content for advertising and monitoring KPIs.
- Monitoring and controlling ticket sales.
- Improved marketing to attract new customers and promote project
- Managing relationships with main sponsors, co-sponsors, and sponsor brands, and managing the process according to the agreements made with brands throughout the project.
- Preparing and signing contracts.
- Managing the stage integration processes for sponsor brands.
- Working with the designer to create drawings and general area surveys of the event area and calculate square footage.
- Managing and controlling all operational processes at the event site: security, cleaning, brand booth setup, dismantling, stage setup, and backstage needs.
- Adding various brands and workshops to the festival; hair, nails, tattoos, associations, and merchandise sales.
- Manifest store (Manifest exclusive licensed products) area decor planning and team management, sales and revenue tracking.
- Maintaining all income and expense statements for festivals and events.

- During the festival, Netflix managed the communication for the Wednesday series.

- A dance zone project was developed with Penti.
