Handling Document Control Management
Document Digitalization, converting hardcopy documents into softcopy (digital) format
Archiving of administrative data and Consultant Team work data (Trace, Road Section Design, Strip-Map, Provincial Area Map, Road Section Video Recordings) using online-based storage system (Google Drive), and storage on other hardware devices (Hard Disk and SSD).
Managing numbering of incoming and outgoing letters, and digital documentation recording using Google Spreadsheet, to facilitate document distribution access and enable real-time updates.
Completing the final check of all consultant job documents
Creating schedules and meeting agendas, as well as summarizing or taking minutes of meeting discussions.
Handling office equipment needs, flight ticket reservations, hotel bookings using applications like Tiket.com, Agoda, and Traveloka, and arranging vehicle rentals.
Preparing data and equipment for Monitoring and Evaluation Surveys, including Road Design data, Road and Bridge Survey Forms, setting up Dashboard Cameras (Garmin or GoPro), Measuring Tools, and drafting Assignment Letter for Team.
To execute Monitoring and Evaluation Surveys of National Roads, Regional Roads, and Toll Roads together with the Consultant Team
Performing data analysis by collecting data from website Integrated SIPP (Ministry of Public Works and Housing, SiTIA Bina Marga related to National and Regional Roads and Bridges across Indonesia, and processing and analyzing the data using Excel applications.
Creating Data Information presented as per instructions, in the form of concise and easily readable graphs, charts, or maps based on processed data, including:
Weekly Monitoring and Evaluation Reports for Regions I & II
Road Section Study Reports
Monitoring and Evaluation Survey Reports
Preparing Consultant Team reports, including:
Quality Program Report
Introduction Report
Monthly Report
Quarterly Report
Final Report
