I have been appointed to Yacht Factory by Owner of Imza Marine S.A. after his acquisition of %50 shares of Altınova Shipyard which laterly to be known as Yacht Factory. After mentioned acquisition, the yard had been in a transition phase from commercial yard to yacht refit center and I was part of that transition phase which includes a series of infrastructure investment. After setting up the yard and organisational chart, I was appointed as Refit & Repair Manager which responsibilities listed below;

• Plan and execute all aspects of yacht refit and commercial repair projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Supervise and manage a team of skilled engineers, technicians and contractors
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and within agreed-upon timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
• Identify and source materials, equipment, and services required for projects
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and technical specifications
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

• Plan and execute all aspects of new building tanker projects, 5 X 50.000 DWT Tankers to be built at YZJ Shipyard, China
• Detailed spec & contract review
• Exacute owner benefit talks
• Manage plan approval process
• Supervise and manage a team of project engineers, naval architects, and other technical staff on site

• Contributed to cost savings by optimizing machine performance through energy conservation initiatives.
• Streamlined communication between departments by serving as a liaison between the engineering team and deck crew.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills while supervising a diverse team of engineers during high-pressure situations.
• Participated in onboard drills, ensuring preparedness for emergencies like fire incidents or power outages.
• Scheduled and executed onboard machinery maintenance on 70.000 DWT Oil Tanker

• Maintenance and operations of marine auxiliary engines and main engine 20.000 DWT Oil & Chemical Tanker

• Maintained accurate records of survey findings, ensuring swift resolution of identified issues during follow-up inspections.
• Developed strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent high-quality work while adhering to professional standards and guidelines.

• As IHM HAZMAT expert in Consultancy & Outsourcing department, conducting surveys and collecting samples to identify hazardous materials onboards and related certification work. Consultancy services for ship breaking facilities to improve standarts according to EU Regulations.

• Being Charge Of CFD Analysis Of Machinery Systems Of I Class Frigates Project, ADA Class Corvette Project, TF 2000 Class Anti Air Warfare Frigate Project
• Thermal Comfort Analysis Of Combat Operations Center, Crew Rest Rooms And Officer Cabins For I Class Corvette Project
• Designing intake and exhaust pipelines for main propulsion diesels of I Class Frigates, related CFD analysis for calculation of pressure drop /backpressure accross the line, (Analysis includes modelling porous filter elements for suction system , silencer for exhaust system) ( Related Calculations And Analysis Documents Approved By Türk Loydu )
• CFD analysis for calculations of pressure drops and backpressures of propulsion engine’s intake/exhaust systems for TF200 Anti Air Warfare Frigate project that is recently in concept design phase.
• CFD Analysis Of Flue Gas Effect On Electronical Equipments Placed Behind Funnel Space. Related Design Optimisation To Reduce Mean Temperature On Equipments
• Structural analysis of railway brackets by using Solidworks, that is designed to carry gas turbine parts out of board for maintanence (Designed for 4th ship of Ada Class Corvettes and I Class Frigates)
