· Leading Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning & Control, Material & Process Engineering, Assembly Operations and ILS groups.

· Providing supervision with ECS components (Alumunium Alloy, Stainless Steel, Super Alloy Heat Exchangers, Valves )manufacturability, analysis of material & process selection & compatibility and process qualification activities.

· Creating Process Qualification plans for critical parts production & special process (Vacuum Brazing, TIG Welding) applications,

· Leading qualification activities in terms of setting manufacturing methods & parameters, preparing product custom Process Specification.

· Leading evaluation of subcontractors‘ process capabilities and participating subcontractor selection board.

· Facilitating production planning & control by utilisation of ERP system effectively.

· Supervising preparation of manufacturing & assembly operation cards, assembly operations, delivery of AS9100 & Customer requirements compliant products, preparing repair & maintenance documents for end users.

· Submitting monthly reports to General Manager highlighting the production achievements and challenges

· Developing company processes and procedures for production and ILS management with the related teams

· Attending bi-weekly Executive Board meetings regularly

· Facilitating team meetings to promote a positive work environment by developing open communication channels within the team and addressing concerns promptly.

· Leading the qualification efforts of Sikorsky S70i Helicopter’s Blades in accordance with the requirements of qualification plan.

· Leading & coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Test and other relevant disciplines to achieve successful completion of related qualification project phases in terms of schedule,cost and quality.

· Developing detailed project schedule in accordance with the main program schedule and ensuring the schedule is maintained successfully.

· Anticipating the risks and define mitigation plans.

· Leading communication activities with all stakeholders including government, foreign collaboration company, supplier representatives.

· Creating manufacturing plans for detail parts (Composite & Metallic) of Airbus A350 XWB Aileron.

· Evaluating and approving engineering drawings in terms of manufacturability.

· Developing work instructions to support manufacturing operations in accordance with the released engineering drawings and technical process specifications

· Establishing MBoM, creating the raw material needs for procurement.

· Creating tool needs to facilitate manufacturing operations

· Preparing flat patterns (dxf) for composite parts lay-up.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges

· Supporting special process qualification activities by developing manufacturing processes and test coupons.

· Training and mentoring junior engineers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

· Creating assembly manufacturing plans in terms of assembly sequence at FAL for following programs;

o Meltem III – ATR72-600 Aircraft Modification into Anti-Submarine Warfare Configuration

o Hürkuş – Turkish Basic Trainer Aircraft.

· Determining assembly sequence

· Evaluating and approving engineering models, drawings in terms of manufacturability.

· Developing work instructions to support assembly & installation operations at Aircraft Platform level in accordance with the released engineering drawings and technical process specifications

· Establishing MBoM, creating the detail parts needs for manufacturing.

· Creating tool needs to facilitate FAL operations.

· Coordinating Engineering and Production disciplines and resolving production problems.
