• I attended IamCodingStudio workshops for 10 days within the StartUpMEF program of MEF university and we made simple programs with C# and Unity.

- System Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Resolved issues related to dual-boot MacBook Pro devices by reinstalling Windows 10 through bootable ISO files and integrating systems into the company domain. Installed necessary software and ensured devices met company standards.

- Security & Data Protection: Assisted in managing the company’s data security by updating employee data on the Trellix Mvision dashboard and installing security applications on mobile devices via a remote dashboard to maintain compliance and protect company assets.

- Software Updates & Device Management: Monitored and analyzed the update status and version compatibility of devices within the company’s domain using WSUS. Reported on the criticality of updates and identified problematic updates requiring further action.

- System Installation & Configuration: Performed system reinstallation and configuration for Windows devices, including formatting hard drives and making USB devices bootable using the Rufus tool. Managed BIOS and OS updates post-installation to ensure optimal device performance.

- Network & IP Configuration: Conducted research and practical exercises on networking topics such as Subnet Mask, Gateway, IP class structures, and OSI layers. Gained hands-on experience with company devices under IT supervision.

- Backup & Recovery Operations: Used Veeam software to manage backups of virtual servers on physical servers, including job scheduling, backup verification, and file restoration tasks. Configured and managed backup policies according to company standards.

- Network Security & Device Management: Worked with Cisco ISE to authenticate and categorize devices within the company’s wired and wireless network infrastructure. Managed network device groups and registered new devices by their MAC addresses.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Utilized Netwrix Auditor to review and document activities in shared areas, including file movements and user actions. Created detailed reports on security software status and version compliance for all company-connected devices via the Trellix system.
