- - Preparation of all necessary construction, mechanical and electrical infrastructures for new equipment, facilities, test centers and office areas

- - Planning and execution of all equipment (Rotating & Static) preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance

- Making agreement with OEM service department for main works on the gas turbine and steam turbine
- According to their time schedule, entire other works are planned
- - Condition monitoring of rotating equipment through online and offline vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermal inspection and ultrasound inspection
- - Participate in the root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process induced mechanical failures, recommend corrective actions to permanently eliminate them and follow up on closure of the actions
- - Preparation of detailed technical specification for the outsource works for the overhaul planning
- Detailed Non destructive test for main equipment and annually HRSG condition monitoring checks, annually exhaust failure check and repair planning for them

- After overhaul I have made visual inspection of the combustion parts and decide the repair degree of the parts (light/medium or heavy)
