
- To lead, manage, and mentor a team of legal professionals, providing guidance, support and direction in executing departmental goals and objectives;
- To develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks;
- To prepare and review special agreements relating to the Company`s activities and investment operations (investment services, underwriting, securities trading, margin trading, individual investor portfolio management agreements, forward, swap, netting, options transactions, etc.) and other commercial agreements such as service, procurement, supply, labor, lease, debt, confidentiality agreements;
- To prepare and develop internal rules related to the Company`s activities (internal audit rules, internal control system, internal rules for receiving and executing customer orders, providing investment advice, underwriting services, etc.);
- To carry out HR documentation related to personnel clerical work and labor law;
- To advise foreign employees on the whole migration procedure and assist in getting residency, work permits, draft up deployment orders, secondment agreements, and negotiate in this regard with the foreign companies;
- To provide legal training and development programs for legal teams, fostering a culture of legal awareness and compliance within the organization.
- To keep staff updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to investment activities.
- To carry out other duties arising from the position.

- To review, bring up and conclude orders, power of attorneys, and letters;
- To apply the state registry of modifications to facility records;
- To develop standard agreements for further procurement of services/works/goods;
- To perform other tasks arising from the position
- Formulate internal policies, standards, and regulations and provide the other relevant legal support to the internal organizational divisions.
