My responsibilities as a second pharmacist are stated below :

A) Helping the patient to use their drugs, the tools used in the administration of drugs, and medical devices and materials safely and effectively, and ensuring that they have sufficient knowledge and understanding about them.

B) Ensuring that the drug delivery is error-free, suitable for the purpose for which it was prescribed, compatible with the needs of the patient and safe.

C) Providing the supply of OTC and all health-related products in accordance with the needs of the patient, in a safe and rational manner, and providing consultancy services in this regard.

D) Providing awareness of patients, society and the environment against potential hazard risks related to the use, storage and disposal of drugs and takes an active role in solving problems.

E) Taking an active role in all kinds of drug supply processes and assists public institutions and organizations in times of emergency or crisis.

• Educated patients on proper medication use.
• Processed over 50 prescriptions per day in busy pharmacy achieving decreased customer wait times and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Translated pharmacy communications for Arabic-speaking customers in culturally diverse sales area.
• Counseled customers on medications, appropriate dosage and potential side effects.
• Managed drug and supply inventories.

• Conduct research, testing and analysis in the development of medicines and production of pharmaceuticals and related supplies.
• Use the latest methods, technologies and processes to develop new medications, and may be involved in clinical drug trials.
• Managed team of employees, overseeing hiring, training and professional growth of employees.
