  • Looking for new potential customers OEMs in car cover business, introduction of company, sampling, pricing. Achievement: Being contracted Tier 1 Supplier also to Mercedes Benz.
  • Checking of new RFQs in existing OEMs (VW Group), control of price offer prepared and approve sales prices to OEM
  • Crisis management, in case it happens, ensure no penalties / extra cost occurs to company.
  • Follow up of Sales Prices & Profitability and ask for price change with correct argumentation, if necessary.

  • Prepare inventory forecast per year/month for all warehouse locations in EMEA region,define risks in case of any variation with root cause analyses and action plan not to variate from target.
  • Achieve / exceed business objectives (Inventory,Excess & Obsolete,Customer Claims,Premium freight,Freight,Volume & Demand Analysis,Stock Reconciliation & API,PC functional cost)
  • Support Lean Operating System Design,Implementation roll-out.
  • Develop budget for Backoffice team and ensure controlling of cost in line with budget.
