I establish financial targets and oversee budgeting for these components. I manage a budget nearly $100 million over the project lifecycle. I proactively address issues that arise during the product launch phase, implementing optimal solutions to resolve them. Additionally, I ensure compliance with homologation and regulatory specifications and requirements for the components I manage.

My role involves proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to address challenges, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and meet project milestones effectively.
