• Evaluated new investment potential of areas of factory with thorough assessments of historical data, operational activities and future objectives with technical team.

• Controlling & Managing procurement process of above key sections.
• Create & Improve projects with suppliers, and improve & check production process of suppliers.
• Using the key business system (SAP) , preparing monthly & yearly executive summary / reports.
• Managing and Preparing all tinder/ purchasing process of new investments for current factories such as Current Building Revisions, Large Paint Mixer Machines, Paint Mixer Machines for labs, Robotic Projects for production, Critical Treatment Machines, Boiler Washing Machines, Stainless Steel Paint Boilers, Paint Filling Machines, Digital Process Monitoring Systems, Ex-proof (ATEX) equipments, Stainless Steels Tanks, Large Generator, critical laboratory analyze machines for R&D, IT equipments, Security- Camera projects, fire detection systems, scrubber systems, fire extinguish systems etc.
• Controlling & Implement ATEX regulations for new purchasing equipments.
• Preparing & Implementing Annual Agreements of critical equipments and periodic maintenance.
• Conducted detailed investment analysis, calculations and reports.
• Promoted successful investment plans with well-organized and smooth presentations.
• Controlling operations of procurement process of transportation agreements for factory .

• Responsible of purchasing key sections; all purchasing process of new factory of DYO, purchasing all critical assets of factory, purchasing & procurement of non-paint products (such as masking tape) with DYO trademarks.
• Being provide alignment with investment budget plans for new and current factories.
• Managing and Preparing all tinder/ purchasing process of new factory such as New Building Construction, Electrical Infrastructure - Large Factory Transformers, Perimeter Security (camera projects-wall-wire fence), fire detection systems, large scale stock shelves, shipping ramps - big factory doors, ground leveling - concreting - basic of factory area reinforcement, transportation and installation of powder coating factory production lines, installation of ventilation of factory , dust extraction systems, fire extinguish systems, managing all process of imports of production lines from abroad etc.

• Responsible of purchasing key sections; All paint packaging and packaging auxiliary materials, critical assets of factory, spare parts and consumables of factory, laboratory equipments, technical safety Materials-Equipment.
• Directly responsible from back saving margin %.
• Being in production process with making purchasing plans of paint packaging demand (weekly/monthly) with production & planning departments every week for sustainability of production.
• Making sustainable purchasing plans with suppliers.
• Controlling & Managing all procurement process.
• Observing – Creating - Improving cheap , convenient and effective packaging products.
• Monitoring UN packaging, ADR, CLP regulations and perform into our purchasing process.
• Create & Improve projects with suppliers, and improve & check production process of suppliers. Creating reports which improve suppliers processes with Quality Control Team.
• Improving & Analyzing & Updating Business Reports.
• Using the key business system (SAP)

• Responsible of fresh foods key section; Poultry & Fish.
• Directly responsible from sales, LFL% (yearly profitability comparison with previous year) , and front&back profitability margin targets.
• Analyzing consumer buying patterns, market trends and seeking new&alternative products
• Create product range in accordance with consumer preferences.
• Managing relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers.
• Being decision maker in negotiating with suppliers in terms of promotions, products, range, signing annual agreements.
• Launch of the New Projects with suppliers in global stores.
• Always preparing B4L (Buy for Less) Plans.
• Improving & Analyzing & Updating Business Reports.
• Using the key business systems as Super-User.
