- The most important reason why I wanted to continue my career in Europe's second largest cement factory was that we would start to build many energy production facilities with solar, wind and waste heat.
- Now, while many great projects have started to produce energy, and many of them are continuing, I am happy to be able to reflect my knowledge to these facilities.
- In addition, I continue to improve myself in process management and optimization.

- I am keeping under control of any kind of electrical, electronic and automation systems for the production going on properly.
- I am also leading my team to be able to their best performance and safety.
- Furthermore, I decide and plan all the investments, revisions and main activities.
- Some of main activities are as follows;
- To Apply decisions that are taken by factory manager and enforce their orders.
- To evaluate the markets for purchasing energy to the best price.
- To create sustainable energy saving projects and calculating the benefits and return of investmens.
- To maintain of energy and quality standarts.
- To keep under control of energy consumptions.
- To provide continuance of the power which is obtained from supplier company.
- To prepare a risk report one by one for all I&C devices and do periodical maintenance and preventive maintenance for all of these devices and also fix annual maintenance costs together including spare parts outgoings.
- To take required precautions and do research in order to minimize the earthly problems and failures.
- To keep under control related storehouse stocks, write required purchase orders.
- To research improving and developing methods of work.
- To prepare the shift schedule and ensure them applying.
- To make the calibration of all measurement equipments.
- To prepare technical projects and specifications for which are taken outside service.
- To following legislation, such as healt and safety of employers, Energy savings, continious emission monitoring systems and etc.

- I have earned more experience in Baştaş Cement factory.
- I started to work on especially making the maintanence programs and single line drawings.
- Afterwards, We started a new project which I assumed the responsibility for commissioning of the 'Waste solid fuel' plant.
- Afterwards, We started maintanence management program which is called Coswin.
- Before I left, My manager has charged me with Kazakhstan Plant to be supervisor for 4 months.

- I was responsible of the electric, electronic and automation of the completely plant. Plant is includes 7 different process which is Chipboard plant (Siempelkamp), Melamine Press (Wemhoener), Impregnation Line (Vits), Formaldehyde Production Plant (Alder), Printing Line (Burkle), Refinery and Gas Turbine (Turbomach). I worked since assembly of the plants. Especially, Printing Line made by myself from panel room design to the joinings that every type of electrical assembly and some part of the automation with my personnel. Maintenance and solving the failures is other part of my job. Furthermore, I was responsible of the all equipments about purchase, control, montage and stock quantity.
