My contributions were pivotal in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the strategic business goals across 15 countries. Leveraging my extensive expertise in database design and web development, I developed robust systems that seamlessly integrated with existing ERP systems such as JDEdwards and SAP, ensuring that data flowed accurately and efficiently between systems.

I also implemented comprehensive reconciliation tools to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms, thereby enabling more informed decision-making. For Rappi, I spearheaded the technical strategy and directed the software development team in a pivotal project that achieved integration with the Chilean Tax Authority (SII). This project was designed to automate the daily processing of around 75.000 invoices on monthly basis, linking Rappi's operational systems directly with the government tax systems.

In my capacity, I orchestrated the comprehensive planning and execution of infrastructure, software architecture, and database frameworks. My responsibilities extended to devising robust failover mechanisms, disaster recovery strategies, and data retention policies.

I also innovated reconciliation tools for monthly audits between Rappi and the Tax Authority, ensuring consistent compliance and operational integrity.

This initiative significantly optimized Rappi's compliance processes, establishing a new standard for regulatory engagement in the tech-driven delivery space.

In a landmark project for UBER in Chile, I led the technical design and managed the software development team to successfully integrate UBER's Eats and Rides services with the Chilean tax authority (SII). My leadership was instrumental in implementing middleware capable of automatically registering approximately 150,000 invoices daily, facilitating seamless connectivity between UBER systems and SII's infrastructure.

As the driving force behind this initiative, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of infrastructure and software architecture, including database design, failover strategies, disaster recovery plans, and retention policies.

Additionally, I developed tools for monthly data reconciliation between the Tax Authority and UBER systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This project not only enhanced operational efficiency but also set a benchmark for regulatory adherence in digital platforms.

At AKBANK, I played a critical role as a leading IT professional, focusing on enterprise-level architecture design, documentation, and the training of key personnel. My responsibilities included continuous refactoring and enhancement of the codebase to meet technical targets, leveraging skills in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), database design, client requirements gathering, framework design, back-end and full-stack development. I adeptly utilized REST APIs and JavaScript frameworks to advance the bank's technological capabilities.

My contributions were pivotal in supporting AKBANK's extensive network, which includes a substantial headcount of IT personnel dedicated to maintaining service excellence across numerous branches and ATM locations nationwide. Through my efforts, AKBANK has strengthened its infrastructure to better serve its vast customer base, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient banking operations.

In my role as an Analyst Developer, I contributed to the development of a pioneering Courier Management Application, notable for being the first 64-Bit Architecture application developed using the .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server in Turkey. This application was a significant achievement, deployed across over 300 dispatch locations throughout Turkey and serving a user base of approximately 1000, including couriers. My responsibilities encompassed the UI/UX design, form implementation, and integration of barcode scanning functionality. I also spearheaded the creation of delivery aging reports, user documentation, and training programs. Additionally, I developed a mobile application compatible with WAP on Blackberry devices, enhancing operational efficiency and user engagement.

I specialized in developing applications for RF Equipment, FCT Machines, GSM Gateways, and DiSEQC switches, along with advanced map applications for navigation. My expertise in Arizona Microchip and ARM-based boards led to the creation of embedded applications targeting PIC microcontrollers, Telit GSM Engines, and ARM-based Windows CE devices. I optimized the SMT manufacturing line and developed a warehouse management system to efficiently control stock levels of electronic components, enhancing the production process and product quality.
