• Managing the order dating process on SAP depends on material and capacity availability, as well as customer needs,
• Manage the material planning process for short and long-term needs,
• Manage and follow the production scheduling team to ensure that they adhere to the dates defined in customer orders by the order dating team.
• Manage raw material and WIP inventory levels to reach the KPI,

• Provide production finish and shipment dates for each project before applying the sales orders for our sales unit, according to production workload and incoterms,
• Create master production and shipment plans for transformer tanks (CWT-FWT) according to customer expectations and loading,
• Create raw material needs for each project manually from CAD drawings (BOM), create purchase orders after checking the inventory and follow the procurement process,
• Lead and apply with planning team for documentation, customer change managements and extra requests for projects, production scheduling, raw material planning and on site production following sections,
• Have responsibility as key user for our ERP system, contribute the improvement of user interfaces, user rules, and solve daily problems with outsource IT team.
• Create BOM and work orders on ERP, manage and apply the material consumptions according to production datas including scraps.
• Lead cycle counts of our factory, making adjustments and consumptions on ERP.
• Lead outsource companies for seni-finished goods plans, material flows, scheduling and cost sides,
• Making and creating improvement plans on both ERP and Excel to create dashboards and reports for KPIs as productivity, material planning (late-on time-early arrivals), labor management (manhour) with visual graphs, paretos including capacity-target-actual values.

• Create work orders in the ERP system for specific products based on projects and open POs for the outsourced production section according to in-house production forecasts.
• Create a weekly and monthly outsourced production demand table, and share it with suppliers. Get weekly and monthly confirmations from each supplier,
• Follow raw material side to feed our supplier on time according to demands with our warehouse team,
• Create weekly and monthly outsourced capacity usages, follow the supplier’s shipping performance, and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager,
• Create weekly and monthly slitting plans for transformer’s core production area, follow GOS stock level both on ERP and Excel, create work orders and follow raw material consumptions,

• Create weekly production plans according to section orders and monthly production forecasts,
• Manage purchasing processes for production raw material both domestic and foreign sides,
• Determine stock levels for raw materials based on supplier deadlines and consumption forecasts for production,
• Manage MRP and create work orders for production,
• Find new suppliers to contribute cost reduction,
• Manage whole logistic operations,
• Create BOM for each product in ERP.

• Manage general production area and outsource section to produce true products on time for all customers,
• Create weekly and monthly forecast for contract companies to create production plans,
• Manage raw material procurement section for contract companies,
• Schedule manual assembly lines and automatic assembly machines according to customer’s forecasts day by day,
• Doing researches about new machines and automation processes to implement production lines, including to get offers from machine-automation system suppliers and price negotiations,
• Solve mechanical and electronic problems in production lines.

• Plan shifts weekly according to labor multi skill values,
• Measure and check cycle times according to predefined time ranges,
• Solve mechanical and electronic problems in production lines,
• Research new machines and automation processes to implement production lines, including to get offers from machine-automation system suppliers and price negotiations,
• Create raw material, production and forwarding plans for assembly lines for every shift,
• Prepare written orders for suppliers weekly and daily to bring raw materials to factory,
• Coordinate raw material and finish good forwarding processes from sub-suppliers.

• Prepared and followed daily production reports, absenteeism and overtime reports, recycle products reports, purchasing actions for our section, inbound and outbound materials,
• Create production plan for a machine which is providing a raw material for whole factory.
• Create production forecasts for this machine according to sales pipeline and stock movements,
