- Mentored junior team members in product management and reporting methodologies, contributing to the growth of internal expertise within the organization
- Monitoring the volume, spread and commission levels of the loan products such as revolving, spot and non cash loans in line with the budget targets, proposing remedial measures based on specific parameters if necessary
