  • New sales strategies were developed in coordination with 6 regional managers in order to achieve 30 Mio Eur revenue and 4% PBT annual target. Considering strengths and weaknesses of company and department, transformation process was initiated with contributions of Marketing, Technical Service and Human Resources departments.
  • In order to achieve annual targets, monthly, quarterly and yearly business plans were created and department budget was prepared in line with these plans.
  • Business Development department was established in order to increase turnover and profitability of company. Business partnerships were made with 9 brands in 2021 and 8 brands in 2022. Thanks to these partnerships, company achieved total revenue of 2.5 Mio Eur.
  • In order to maintain competitive advantage and gain new customers, feedback was given to HQ on updating and pricing products, along with competition and market analyses. With advantages obtained in line with this feedback and analysis, Kyocera Turkey has become A3 MFP market leader in Turkey in last 3 years.
  • In order to contribute to transformation and digitalization process of company, ECM project was developed with 3rd party company. Thanks to ECM project, all departments of company started to manage their processes measurably, quickly, effectively and independently of location.
  • Within scope of AMOEBA, system that will regularly reach profitability target every month with effective use of resources and right price policy has been created and thus annual PBT target of company has been realized.
  • By minimizing operational processes, sales team was enabled to work more sales and customer-oriented, and company's annual revenue and profitability targets were achieved.
  • ERP project was implemented with Salesforce so that customer managers can manage opportunities more effectively and report visits and opportunity performances.
