• Responsible for a group of 15 talented software engineers who are remotely working for a German OEM as suppliers who are manifacturing EPAS (Electrical Power Assisted Steering) Systems.

• Responsible for a group of 19 talented software testing engineers within 3 different teams (Unit Testing, Software Integration Testing, Software Qualification Testing) for a company who manifactures On Board Chargers for electric vehicles.
• ASPICE process is applied throughout the software development process and my role was to make sure that every unit of every software component is tested according to Functional Safety requirements.
• Both modal based and hand coded software components are tested during the development process.
• Requirements testing was performed at Vector HIL systems.
• Also enhancing collaboration between testers and developers with clear communication and regular status meetings was one of my critical roles.

• Performing HIL validation to verify software behavior under simulated vehicle conditions, including fault injection and UDS/CAN diagnostics as main responsibility. I have mainly specialized in ESM (Ecu Safety Monitoring) Validation for 3 different size of diesel engines for over than 10 different software releases.
• Participating in designing and building a dSpace HIL system for Heavy Duty vehicle.
• Test automation using XML framework & ControlDesk for Aftertreatment & Airpath functions.
• Working in automotive engine control systems and software projects in a multi‑site and multinational development environment.
• Designing control algorithms and models (using Matlab Simulink) for vehicle/engine / ECU diagnostics and CAN communications.
• Creating test specifications and test cases to verify perfect match of customer requirement, code and simulink model.

• Integration & Calibration of DV5 (1.5 L Diesel) Engine to all B Car Platforms of Ford Vehicles
• Main responsibility was to calibrate Diagnostics of the Powertrain systems of the vehicle which includes; Airpath, Aftertreatment & Exhaust System, Vehicle Driveability, Auxillary Systems, Fuel-Air Set Point
• I was responsible for detecting any faulty component or software and taking safety actions. Also making sure that emissions are in EU6.2 limits.

• Fuel Gauge Calibration & Validation for Dual Fuel Cars (LPG/CNG)

• I have worked as a Design&Release engineer for fuel systems of Opel Light Duty Vehicles
• I was mostly responsible for cost reduction of the fuel system parts and running the process with suppliers.
