Responsibilities;

• Acting as the Sporting Director of Beylerbeyi Football Club's operation, and in particular, the Women's A-Team competing in the Women's Super League.
• Determining the Club's short-, medium-, and long-term football strategy, and implementing those decisions with the acknowledgment and support of the President and Executive Board.
• Working closely with the President, Executive Board, Technical Team, Medical Team, and Administrative Team on the day-to-day running of the team.
• Determining, presenting, and managing the club's annual financial budget for the season.
• Planning and executing the club's transfer operation. Transfers are coordinated with the technical team and the President, Executive Board of the club.
• Ensuring the football operations are planned and executed in the most effective way within the guidelines of the club's code of conduct and welfare.
• Attending all the football activities of the football team, such as meetings, training sessions, matches, analysis, team camps, and team events.
• Acting as the club's point of contact within the football operations to both all internal and external stakeholders.
• Forming a healthy and efficient relationship with the sports media to ensure that the club's football operations are portrayed and promoted accordingly.
• Working closely with the footballing governing bodies, such as the Federations, UEFA, and FIFA, to ensure that the regulations, statutes, and relevant updates are followed and integrated accordingly within the club's structure.

Achievements:

• In the 2022-23 season, the team finished as the undefeated champions of the TFF Women's 1st League, with a record of 24 matches, 22 wins, 2 draws, and 0 defeats.
• In the first season of the Super League in the 2023-24 season, the team finished in the top five. The team was crowned the most developed team in the league.
• The team finished the league in the 2024-25 season again in the top five. In summary, in the two seasons in the Super League, the team beat all of the top clubs: Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş, and Trabzon.
• As a club, a strong foundation was built in the Women's Super League. Today, the club is run as a professional team. All structure and operation is set at men's professional level.

Men's A Team Responsibilities:

• Running the day-to-day operations of the Professional Men's A-team and reporting to the Sporting Director.
• Ensuring the technical team, players, medical team, and team staff are equipped with all their needs and requests.
• Ensuring that all the FIFA, UEFA, and local federation rules, regulations, statutes, and updates are implemented.
• Forming the 'Bridge' role between the Men's A team and the Academy at Fenerbahçe Football Club.
• Working closely with the Sporting Director, the technical team is preparing for pre-season and winter break camps.
• Working closely with the football governing bodies TFF, UEFA, and FIFA to ensure that all the rules, regulations, statutes, and updates are followed and integrated.
• Completing all of the licensing procedures for the players and technical staff for the league and UEFA competitions.
• Working closely with the Sporting Director for the management and reporting of the annual football budget.
• Liaising with the opponent team management for organizational matters regarding the matches ahead.
• Dealing with players' day-to-day queries, issues, and finding quick solutions to solve the cases promptly.
• Ensuring that the team's time schedules are met accordingly, and that there are no unexpected delays in the operation.

Achievements:

• The team has finished in the top three of the Turkish men's Super League consecutively for the past five seasons.
• The club's overall debts were reduced significantly during 2018-2024. This was due to the profit on player sales of players who were recruited for low amounts and then sold for much higher fees, both domestically and abroad.
• The men's A-team facilities were renovated and became more up to date with all the relevant sporting and medical equipment in order to improve the quality of the facilities for the use of the players and the technical/medical department.

Loan Player's Department Responsibilities:

• Starting the Loan Players' department for the first time in the club's history.
• Managing the player's loan period, and all the contractual and legal obligations from the start to the end of the loan period.
• Liaising with the loan player, the loaning club, the player's agent, and ensuring that the process is managed efficiently.
• Reporting the loan player's match performances and statistics to the Fenerbahçe technical team, the Sporting Director, and the President/Executive Board.
• Forming a close working relationship with the loaned player and ensuring that player visits are frequent.
• Finding solutions in problematic situations and ensuring that the relationships between all parties remain intact.

Achievements:

• Implementing a key department within a high-profile professional football club that had previously not existed, the department soon received very positive feedback from the loaned players, the club's management, and the external stakeholders, such as the loaning clubs and the media.
• Scouting, recruiting, developing, adding value, benefiting from them in the A-team, and further selling those young professionals to top clubs in European football for a profit, adding to the club's financial income: Arda Güler (Real Madrid), Ferdi Kadıoğlu (Brighton & Hove), Berke Özer (Eyüpspor), İsmail Yüksek (Fenerbahçe A-Team), İrfan Can Kahveci (Fenerbahçe A-Team), and Michael Frey (Queens Park Rangers)

Women's Football A-Team Responsibilities:

• Starting the Women's Football branch, which previously did not exist. The branch was formed by me in the summer of 2021.
• Recruiting the first-ever technical team, players, and team staff into the newly formed football branch.
• Preparing the teams' administrative, legal, and licensing documentation in order to fulfill the obligations to the football governing bodies TFF, UEFA, and FIFA.
• Determining the team's short, medium, and long-term football strategy, and implementing those decisions with the acknowledgment and support of the president and executive board.
• Working closely with the President, Executive Board, Technical Team, Medical Team, and Administrative Team on the day-to-day running of the team.

Achievements:

• In the first season, in 2021-22, the team finished at the top of the league, beating the champions, Beşiktaş.
• The team's striker, Kennya Cordner, finished the season as the league's top scorer with 37 goals in 25 matches.
• Within the first season in the Women's Super League, all the women's league records were broken,
• Fenerbahçe women's team managed to gain over 240K followers on social media and is one of the most successful clubs in Turkey.

Responsibilities;

• Implementing the UEFA Club Licensing System for all professional football clubs in Turkey competing in the top three tiers of the football leagues. A total of 72 clubs.
• Implementing the Domestic Club Licensing System across the four professional leagues in Turkey. Total of 114 clubs.
• Visiting all 72 professional clubs individually across the top three leagues and holding meetings and workshops regarding the clubs' management, infrastructure, financial, and legal matters. The visits take around 3.5 months to complete.
• Organizing and executing the annual club licensing workshops. These workshops are also televised on national television to all football-related stakeholders.

Responsibilities;

• Implementing the local FA, UEFA, and FIFA rules, and competition regulations to all friendly and official match organizations.
• Ensuring that the match organization and operation meetings are planned, executed, and reported from the start to the finish of the operation.
• Coordinating the operation from start to finish with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders, for example, media, security, governing bodies, finance, legal, national teams department, opponent teams, and the executive board.
• Preparation, execution, and submission of the post-match/organization report to the executive board.
• Attending all meetings, workshops organized by the governing footballing bodies, such as FIFA and UEFA.
