• Reorganization of AvivaSA's Product Portfolio: Organized AvivaSA's individual pension and life insurance product portfolio for the new company, analyzing and updating existing products in line with the profitability expectations of our headquarters in the UK.
• Initiation of the First Retirement Income Plan: Launched the first retirement income plan.
• Design and Approval of New Pension Plans: Designed new individual, private, and group pension plans in line with the profitability expectations of our UK headquarters, managing approval processes and coordinating all related internal processes, sales training, and customer service.
