

As a result-oriented manager with experience in guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team management, my goal is to elevate the guest experience to its highest level under the Hilton brand. I aim to leverage the successes I’ve achieved in sales and customer relationships to foster strong leadership and sustainable growth in the hospitality industry.
My name is Ömer, and I graduated from the International Trade and Business Administration program at İskenderun Technical University between 2019 and 2024. After graduation, I started working as a sales representative in the nonwoven sector. In a short time, I gained valuable experience in sales techniques and client relationship management, securing my first major deal in my third month.
While developing my skills in nonwoven production, quality control, logistics, and shipment processes, I also created efficient solutions based on customer demands. Additionally, I worked at Momo Beach Club and Cherie Restaurant, learning to maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction in luxury environments.
I now aim to challenge myself in different industries and work internationally to continue growing. My goal is to further develop both myself and the company I work for.
