- Organizing monthly menu, purchasing of food stuffs and supervising the cooking for about 100 corpers living in the NCCF headquarter and delegating sisters that will assist in cooking and buying food items
- Coordinating feeding for 300 to 400 corpers in the annual conference of the Cross River State NCCF
- Effective communication with the zonal sister's coordinator and organizing conference(s) for sisters
- Ensuring that the needs of the female corpers are spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically met
- Also Organizing apprenticeship and Entrepreneurship programs for sisters

- The vision is to help the needy and the sick people generally, making the children our primary focus

- I make a personal daily report to build my weekly report expected to be submitted to the head of department on Fridays

- I spend extra time with them, support them in all class activities and render extra care to them
