I also want to improve my skills by learning from others and joining training programs.  In the future, I hope to take on a leadership role where I can help create positive work environments. I want to support employee development, help with team motivation, and be part of projects that improve both company success and employee satisfaction. My main aim is to work in places where I can grow while making a difference for others.
