Production

• Managing labour force and machinery resources. Balancing resources, optimizing production plans, and adapting swiftly to market fluctuations. The ability to handle demand changes efficiently is crucial for maintaining productivity.
• Increase productivity and to define opportunities and work them out to implementable improvements. Continuously search/define occurring efficiency constraints and seek for engineering solutions, initiatine or direct projects to minimize their negative impact on related production KPI's (Efficiency, throughput time and product/process quality). Aim is to increase maximize the production flexibility.
• Supporting R2S and S2M processes for the industrialization of new products
• Develop and implement of a sustainable Production System based on reliable principles and established methods.

Management of Production Scope in R&D Projects

• Carrying out R&D (Group and local) projects as project leader or core team member for production scope
• Ensuring design-manufacturing approach in the project, developing the production concept according to PLM principles.
• Management of project Capex and Opex budgets (related parts) and creation of project plans (MS Project)
• Following steps such as ECM/ECR, PA (Part Approval), BOM update

Commissioning of projects related to the future needs of production facilities

• Creating production specification, quotation, decision matrix, lay-out, project schedule, PFMEA, Flow Chart, RtP process (Release to production)
• Supporting route time/cycle time/work center creation.

• Commissioning of powder coating plant ( My project task; Regulation of parameters to meet quality requirements.)
• 630 Ton H Type Eccentric Press (€600 K)
  Convector manufacturing line (€800 K) (Managing ECM, RtP, PA, route time, technical drawing, mold revision, training processes
• Commissioning of 200 progress mold (€150 K) (My role is to identify and implement the equipment and investments necessary for the adaptation of the mass production line to the new product.
• Automatic stacking of radiator (€800 K) (Managing all project steps, communication with multi-disciplinary and suppliers.

Digital Project Coordination

• As a member of the Digital Factory Coordination team, contributing to plans and projects at the shop- floor.
• SAP key user (P04/T04) Bozuyuk Plant
• Robotic process automation (RPA) finding work steps that are suitable for this application and present them to the committee.
• Assembly Management System (ams+) RTT / Milkrun / Trace /Shift pattern /SAP interface
• Digital Kanban (core team member)
• DPW (Digital Process World) (PF core team member for part production)

• Developing innovative package designs (specifications, prototaypes.) for various customers across different industries.
• Proactively works with sales team to create specifications and drawings for new structural packaging components. (Creating cost advantage. Win to win approach)
• Visit to more than 50 factories (paper packaging solution partnership)
