- Responsible to plan and optimize the radio network for the region in line with the smart network strategies and priorities to achieve the agreed KPI and SLAs for the region.

- Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the network.

- Realise the required drive tests and ensure the required GSM, WCDMA, LTE, NR network accordingly.

- RAN parameters adjustment and analysis of Network KPI’s.

- The network improvementusing benchmark analysis.- Network coverageaudit and clusters optimization.

- To be responsible for wireless Huawei & Ericsson & Nokia RAN integration and maintenance, including BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB RAN OSS&MSS.

- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems.- Scripting with Huawei iSStar platform (Pyhton based) and software installation.

-Achieved first place in Benchmark tests for three consecutive periods in one of the districts under my responsibility.

• Being responsible of the control mechanism and the general operation of the 64 channel trunk system that has both indoor and outdoor antennas in the radio department in Istanbul Airport

• Throughout my internship experience, I have worked in three different projects named Radio Coverage Simulation, In-Tunnel Coverage Simulation and CE Marking
