Hello, I am Nurhak Ercan.I am currently studying in the Economics Department at Özyeğin University with a 50% scholarship, along with an additional 15% merit scholarship.I have intermediate English proficiency and my goal is to create value in the field of economics by applying the knowledge and experiences I have gained and will continue to gain, while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning. In 2023, I, along with five colleagues, developed and presented a project to the regional managers of DHL focusing on their recruitment process. Our aim was to reduce the workload on human resources, particularly for blue-collar job applications, and to identify and hire the most suitable candidates for the company's criteria in the shortest possible time.
