The Project is based on renovation, including both structural retrofitting works and architectural upgrades, covering a total closed area of 90000m2 in the B001 South Terminal building and its facilities until April 2026. As a Construction Manager my responsibilities include the following:

• Identified and resolved construction issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Monitored daily progress on-site to maintain a clear understanding of challenges faced by the team members or any required adjustments in plans or schedules.
• Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource, and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.
• Reduced construction costs through diligent budget management and effective negotiation with suppliers.
• Implemented safety protocols for reduced workplace injuries, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
• Collaborated with contractors, architects, engineers, and public agencies to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.
• Improved project efficiency by streamlining communication between architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Handling site activities about Main Concourse E Building as all concrete works including piling works, Ceiling Works (metal and gypsum ceilings, total 75 000 m2) GRG Column Claddings (73 nos main roof columns), and Signage works, managing all related subcontractor relations, managing contractual conflicts/requirements, following of required documents approval statuses such as Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan Procedure, Material approvals, Sample approvals, Shop Drawings etc
• To be able to move on site effectively and to be able to catch the targeted dates, following material delivery schedules for mentioned packages and reporting current and future conditions to high management and client, managing daily site productions amounts as per the announced plan by High Management, managing client relations about mentioned packages, managing Quality Control matters, managing connection between actual site and Planning Department, following the test and commissioning process about the mentioned packages including DLP requirements

• Handling all site activities about Ceiling Works (metal and gypsum ceilings, total 72 000 m2), GRG Column Claddings (115 nos main roof columns) and Signage works, managing all subcontractor relations, managing contractual conflicts/requirements, following of required documents approval statuses such as Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan Procedure, Material approvals, Sample approvals, Shop Drawings etc
• To be able to move on site effectively and to be able to catch the targeted dates, following material delivery schedules for mentioned packages and reporting current and future conditions to high management and client, managing daily site productions amounts as per the announced plan by High Management, managing client relations about mentioned packages, managing Quality Control matters, managing connection between actual site and Planning Department, following the test and commissioning process about the mentioned packages including DLP requirements

• All type of finishing works CMU block works, plastering and painting works, variety of flooring works with/without screed and internal cladding works stone, back-painted, aluminum powder coated etc, secondary steel works for high suspended ceilings (working height +20 m), various type of partitions, internal steel works, doors, various ceiling types etc included inside departure level (level 2 of Terminal Building) and back of houses (level 3 of Terminal Building), monitoring the current finishing works production on the site, dealing with all procurement issues directly through the guidance of procurement department and processes for the required finishing works materials, scheduling delivery times for the materials according to committed final dates, maintaining quality controlling/assurance, getting approvals of method of statements and materials which are required based on approved design, following the required inspection request documentation which needs to be approved by consultant and client, preparing a safe and effective working environment by consideration of international safety regulations and rules, regulating the relations between Engineer and Main contractor about finishing items of Terminal, following contractual requirements and arrangements of subcontractor relations

• 8 nos of aircraft maintenance hangars All type of finishing works as cmu block works, 180 000 m2 overall completion, plastering works (110 000 m2 overall completion), painting works for wall and ceilings (100 000 m2 overall completion), flooring works such as: epoxy flooring (35 000 m2 overall completion, roof waterproofing works (55 000 m2 overall completion) and monitoring ongoing productions at site, increasing the level of productivity, maintaining quality assurance, getting approvals of method of statements and materials which are going to be used on site, regulating the relations between Engineer and Main contractor about finishing items of Hangars, and arrangement of subcontractor relations

• Excavation works prior to start construction of the main terminal building and all concrete job scopes which is belonging to Terminal 5, steel roof establishment for T5, finishing works for t5 and annex buildings in All type of finishing works, construction of roads and viaducts, and all infrastructure drainage system including manholes, fuel Hydrant system, firefighting system etc
• And construction jobs (mainly pbb (passenger boarding bridges) and apron concrete pavement jobs on apron areas
• Besides constructional issues on the site, reporting all daily productions for the areas that I am responsible, preparing 4 weeks and 3 weeks look ahead planning schedules, daily production monitoring schedules and following on all the inspection request and all the procedures for providing a proper constructional way on the site

• PROJECT (DMIA) Muscat, Oman Road Embankment Works Specified Pavement works (rock fill + sub grade + sub base + CABC) for several kind of places Main Interchanges and all roads in scope of Roads and Bridges Department, Northern Development Area internal roads and Recirculation Roads, Internal roads for technical buildings, Runway and Taxiways box culverts, box drains due to swale concrete jobs, Bridge Abutments (approach portions between Bridges and Roads), Fuel Hydrant Lines, Chilled Water Lines, Mass foundations for Airfield, Security Wall and Fence foundations, Water Features for landscaping, catch basins, Fuel Separators, Fire Fighting Lines, Sewage Lifting stations, Pump houses, Landscaping embankments and excavation backfilling for modular block works, Excavation for several kind of places (Gabion Lined Channel, Concrete Lined Channels, box culverts, Riprap Channels and Ditches, Wing walls +Cutoff walls + boulder walls of box culverts), Slope trimming activity prior to proceed Rip Rap works, Concrete works (construction of secondary substations, open substations, box culverts, box drains and riprap channels and ditches, new jersey and heavy duty barriers, curbstones, expansion joint works for all bridge approaches, gantry foundations for signals, Fuel Separators) Asphalt works (Internal Roads for MC6 (one of the packages of DMIA project) and Taxiways, Preparation of Daily Reports, Progress Monitoring Reports, 3 Weeks Look Ahead Reports, Cost Code Reports, Equipment Allocation Reports
