Accomplishments
Recently ,3 of our projects are initiated as Best Practices at Corporate Level among 20 countries;
1)GPS Project :Boost&Cascade the team of Collection Recovery, Sales, Asset Management and Credit Underwriting in the development of GPS Project in order to strengthen the fight against fraud and minimize granting fraud.
2)Customer Complaint Management Project: Acted as a PMO along with the collaboration of Customer Service, Operations, Sales and Compliance Teams in order to remediate our complaints and find holistic solutions supported by data driven analysis.
3)Lost Equipment Declaration & LTI Remediation :
Lost Equipment declaration process is redesigned and long term incidents are analyzed from scratch in order to obtain data qualified metrics for KPI Reportings which eased to have accurate decision makings for EXCO team.
