• Proficiency in operating chemical analysis instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC-MS, DSC, TGA) and related software.

Laboratory and Analysis Responsibilities:

• Performing specific analyses in the laboratory with a predetermined number of glue samples.
• Conducting quality input analyses and preparing conformity certificates for raw materials received in the laboratory.
• Utilizing expertise in equipment such as Leco device, oven, viscometer, digital balance, DSC, TGA, FTIR, and AAS.
• Performing chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished, and final products.

Quality Management:

• Participating in studies aimed at maintaining and improving product quality and providing suggestions for enhancements.
• Executing repeal and nonconformity procedures in case of detected issues.
• Preparing department-related ISO documentation.

Team and Project Management:

• Providing technical training and performance evaluations for laboratory personnel.
• Actively participating in R&D projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement:

• Actively contributing to 5S and quality circle studies to establish new systems that benefit operational improvements.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

• Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety procedures in the laboratory.
• Monitoring practices aimed at minimizing environmental impacts.

Chemical Production and Quality Control:

• Working in the quality department of the production division to support the production and quality processes.
• Producing, contract manufacturing, and selling chemicals for pool water, steam boilers, cooling water, closed circuit water, and reverse osmosis systems.

Data Reporting and Communication:

• Ensuring the timely delivery and reporting of input, process, and final control data to the Quality Manager.
• Preparing product analysis certificates and required reports.

Calibration and Equipment Maintenance:

• Following the calibration plan for inspection and measuring devices used in experiments and inspections.
• Ensuring the presence of calibration labels on relevant devices.

Sample Management and Testing:

• Performing necessary measurements and analyses for sample productions.
• Keeping records of product samples and ensuring they are stored under appropriate conditions.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

• Participating in studies to protect and improve product quality, and providing suggestions for enhancement.
• Carrying out tasks related to quality, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental management system procedures and instructions.

Support for Other Departments:

• Acting as the head of production when the production manager is unavailable.
• Supporting the purchasing department with price research and sharing reports with the purchasing team.

Raw Material and Product Analysis:

• Conducting analyses of active and auxiliary raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products according to test methods.
• Performing stability analyses to ensure product quality and compliance.

Analytical Method Development:

• Conducting analytical method development and validation studies in alignment with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) guidelines.

Chemical Testing:

• Performing chemical tests and analyses using HPLC, GC, UV, AAS, and other laboratory devices and methods.
